Kansas Rio Grande Turkey Hunts
At Irish Creek Outfitters we specialize in Fully Guided & Self Guided Rio Grande Kansas Turkey Hunts. We have over 7,000 acres of private hunting properties available for your next spring turkey hunt. We have a large population of Rio Grande toms on our properties. We cater to both gun hunters and archery hunters. Most of our hunters enjoy the self guided turkey hunting package where we will put you on the “X” and let you have at it. Some hunters like the option of paying a little extra to have a guide with them to call in the birds and make it a more relaxing hunt. Either way it is your choice as it is your hunt! We also have the option in Kansas of harvesting 2 birds in the same day. This is a nice option for those looking for a multiple bird hunt.

A Typical Day:
We normally have our Kansas turkey hunters arrive at the lodge the day before the hunt so we can spend a little time showing you around the properties and putting a couple big toms to bed. From there it is back to the lodge as lodging is included in both our fully guided and self guided turkey hunting packages. You will also have kitchen facilities available for your meals and there is a great restaurant within minutes. If you need further assistance the next morning just let us know, otherwise you are on your own to chase the Wiley Rio Grande Turkeys until you are successful. If after the first day you would like a new location just let us know as we have many prime hunting spots available. For those novice turkey hunters we do offer a fully guided hunt option as well for a little extra. Remember this is YOUR HUNT and we are here to help you make a lasting memory! | |

In addition to our tremendous Kansas turkey hunting, in the fall we also cater to the whitetail hunters. Obviously with 7,000 acres of prime hunting habitat we have many monster bucks roaming through the creek bottoms and farmland as well. We only cater to a select few serious whitetail hunters each fall. We have had very good success managing our properties for big bucks over the past 10 years. This hunt is a real treat and of course a stay at our on-site lodge is all included in your Kansas deer hunting package as well. Lodging And Meals The Irish Creek Lodge is a remodeled , very large, 2 story farmhouse. We feel this is much better than a hotel because everyone can stay together in a close, family type atmosphere. The location is quietly secluded from bustling city life so it's perfect for family gatherings and groups of hunters. At the same time, the lodge is only about 15 minutes from all the conveniences of town and we have a restaurant located within a few short miles from the lodge if you choose not to utilize our on-site kitchen facilities. A stay at the Irish Creek Lodge is included in all of our daily Kansas turkey hunting packages. |
