Our Philosophy: Blooming Valley Outfitters is a family run operation that is here to give you the very best Bobcat and Black Bear hunting that Minnesota has to offer. Our high success rate comes with all the hard work, preparation, and scouting that is done well in advance to your arrival at camp. On average, our overall success rate on harvested game runs a strong 70-75% along with a 90-95% opportunity. Our hand-picked staff excels at providing our customers with the hunt of a lifetime along with having a variety of different skills to keep camp and the hunts running smoothly. We very much believe in treating “you” our customer as we would expect to be treated. If we do not succeed in getting our client their trophy, we are comfortable knowing that we gave 100%. |

Trophy Minnesota Black Bear Hunts Experience a Black Bear hunt in Northern Minnesota with a excellent chance for success. We are located in the “No Quota” area of Northwestern Minnesota which eliminates your need to send in for the permit drawing, you can purchase your Bear license over the counter. With your bear license you will get 2 tags, so you can harvest 2 bear. We have an abundance of Black Bear and access to thousands of acres of prime habitat right out our back door. You will be placed on active baits with good clear shooting lanes cut out, we will have ladder stands set over the baits giving you some great short range shooting opportunity’s. We retrieve, dress, skin, and freeze your trophy for you. All you need to bring is your hunting gear and license. We do, however, limit the number of hunters we accept each year to provide you with a successful hunt and to manage for a very healthy population of game animals for years to come. | |

A Typical Day: We start the day out with a big breakfast that we serve from 7:00 thru 9:00, during that time some of the hunters fine tune their guns and bows on the target range. Shortly there after we take you out for your hunt, we pack you a bag lunch to take with on stand, at the end of the days hunt we come and pick you up and head back to camp where we have a large supper awaiting you back at camp. Then it is time to sit back and share in with all the story's told around the camp fire or go back to the skinning pole and watch the guides skin and quarter your Trophy Bear. | |

ALSO OFFERING: Bobcat Hunting With Hounds
Come enjoy an exciting Bobcat hunt with our experienced pack of hounds in Northern Minnesota. Start the day off with a big breakfast and then we are off to find a Big Bobcat track to set the hounds on, once we find a good track to run get ready for a fast paced fun hunt. Listen to the hounds cold trail and jump the Bobcat and push him until he either decides to take refuge in a tree or the hounds bay him up and hold him until we arrive. This hunt may sound like a easy hunt but I can assure you that it can be very demanding at times, these Bobcats hold a ton of tricks up their sleeve and use them all the time to try and lose the hounds and hunters. Our Bobcat season runs late Nov. thru early Jan. so you can be sure that the odds of mother nature throwing some cold weather our way is very good. Once our Bobcat season is over we switch gears and offer a high paced action packed hunt in pursuit of Coyotes with our hounds. | |

Remote wilderness cabin accommodations and meals are included with all of our hunts. Our cabins offer comfortable beds and many of the amenities of home to ensure a wonderful stay. We start the day off with a big breakfast, we pack you a bag lunch for the day. After the hunt is over for the day we will head back to the camp where there will be a good home cooked supper awaiting you. Our past clients have always said that they will have to buy larger pants when they get back home as you will not leave the table hungry. We have 3 separate bunk houses and 2 bedrooms on the main lodge that we house our hunters in. |

Hunting Rates And Packages:
Blooming Valley Outfitters offers 3 or 5 day hunting packages catering to all types of hunting-archery, rifle, muzzleloader, and handgun. Hunting for bear is done over bait, we guarantee an active bait for every hunter, comfortable and secure stands are placed over the baits for relatively close shots. Hunters are escorted to and from the stands. We will help you track, haul, and skin your trophy and store it in our on-site freezers for your convenience.
