HUNTTHENORTH.COM OUTFITTER REVIEW
During the month of November we sent HTN’s Field Rep Kenny Kunz up to Livingston, Montana with Jesse Banthem of Banthem Outfitting on a fully guided 5 day Montana elk hunt in quest of the elusive 6 point bull. This proved the be a most productive hunt as both Kenny and his hunting partner Clark harvested monster 6 point bulls and a bonus 5 x 6 Mule deer to boot. This is a must read for any serious elk hunter.

A Typical Day:
Our Montana guided elk hunts, mule deer hunts and antelope hunts start early each morning. We all eat a big breakfast in the cabin, then gear up for the hunt. Expect to arrive at our pre-scouted hunting location prior to first light, ready to spot or glass your desired animal. We will then stalk by foot, ATV or horse back. After a successful hunt, your Montana big game hunting outfitter or guide will properly care for your animal. This would include quartering or loading animal for prompt retrieval, as well as trophy preperation (caping) If needed. When hunting some of our leases that are miles from base camp, you will be provided a hefty sack lunch. When we are hunting from camp, a camp cooked lunch is available. We do a morning and afternoon Montana big game hunt each day. After the afternoon hunt, we return to camp after dark, for a big hearty dinner to re-fuel and relax for the next days hunt.

We offer this incredible Montana big game combo hunt, to capitalize on Montana's archery hunting high draw percentage on antelope. We do not charge extra for the additional animal. The only added cost would be your antelope license which is for district 900-20 and is archery only. Antelope application deadline is June 1st 2015.
