Welcome To HuntTheNorth.com's Missouri Waterfowl Hunting Section |
|
| At HuntTheNorth.com we have been actively researching many of the top hunting guides and outfitters across the country since 2003. We have then hand picked a very select few of what we feel are “Quality Outfitters” in each state to endorse through our service. We have recently elected to endorse one specific Missouri Waterfowl Hunting Outfitter. Below is a detailed listing on the outfitter of our choice for you to review and contact. Enjoy reading why we have endorsed the following Missouri waterfowl hunting outfitter.
Sincerely,
Dan Wennerlind President HuntTheNorth.com |

HUNTTHENORTH.COM OUTFITTER REVIEW During the month of March we were able to participate on an exciting spring snow goose hunting adventure with Shawn Eldredge of Prairies Edge. We hunted the fields around the Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge in Mound City, Missouri. With the big decoy spreads and over 1.5 million snow geese in the area, Shawn really showed us one heck of a hunt. Be sure to read all about it!

ALSO OFFERING: Spring Snow Goose Hunts
Our spring snow goose hunts take place in NW Missouri around several refuges including Squaw Creek NWR from February to Mid March. Location of hunts are determined by staging location of the masses of snow geese. We also move with the geese up into South Dakota from mid March to early April. Hunts will be from legal shooting hour in the morning until 6:00 pm. We run up to 1,500 Bigfoot, Sillosocks, Custom Windsocks, and Silhouettes for this special season. Hunts take place near Squaw Creek Wildlife Refuge and other key areas in Northwest Missouri depending on bird activity. All our hunts take place from either pit blind, layout blinds, or haybale blinds in surrounding fields. All our my guides are seasoned veterans of the spring snow goose season.
