Typical Day:
After a hearty breakfast from Spikes Steakhouse or in your cabin, enjoy the beatiful view as you head down to the water to meet your fishing guide for the day. Pike Haven’s fishing guides have years of Missouri River fishing experience and have well-equipped boats and all the right gear to make your trip a success. We prefer to have a maximum of three fishermen on the typical Lake Oahe walleye boat. If you prefer, we can set up larger groups with multiple guides or up to 8 on a pontoon. |  |

South Dakota Pheasant Hunts
Located on the bluffs overlooking Lake Oahe, 40 minutes north of the State Capital of Pierre. Our guided pheasant hunts utilize private farm and native grasslands located just two miles from the Resort. The habitat is managed to hold abundant game. Our food plots contain corn, sorghum, milo, sunflowers, tree strips, creek bottoms and CRP. Close by are acres of public hunting areas of prairie grasses, yucca and native shrubs. Our guides are experienced, friendly and have excellent dogs. Let our hospitality, accommodations and habitat resources combine to provide your party with a memorable hunting experience! |  |

Lodging And Meals LODGING
Cabins - Each unit features a spacious living room/kitchen area with vaulted ceiling, cable television, air conditioning & heating unit, two full-size beds, one twin-size bed and a pull-down futon. Kitchen, complete with microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and dishes. Private bathroom with towels. Trailer Homes - Our trailer homes are air conditioned, have fully stocked kitchens and bathroom and cable television. They offer two bedrooms and a living area with a twin bed plus a hide-a-bed.

Spike's Steakhouse - With a view of Lake Oahe, you can enjoy the best steaks in the area. From May through August, our restaurant offers a complete breakfast and dinner menu. Evening service begins at 6 p.m. with options off the menu and weekly specials. |
