Professional taxidermist Dale Houser founded Dakota Plains Taxidermy Studio back in 2002 after completing his taxidermy coarse at Northwest Iowa school of Taxidermy in Spirit Lake Iowa. Dale has always had a passion for hunting and fishing, so he decided to make a career as a professional taxidermist. Upon starting the business, he also started competing. Dale continues competing and attending seminars to learn new techniques. Dakota Plains Taxidermy is not just another taxidermy studio. Dale's motto is- "The closer you look, the better we look". Dale is committed to preserving your trophies with high quality work using the best materials and techniques at a reasonable price.
