| At Superior Guides and Outfitters we offer incredible Ruffed Grouse Hunting in the heart of grouse country in northern Wisconsin. The 2008 grouse hunting season should be another banner year as the grouse cycle is at peak cycle now in our area. During your hunt you can expect to experience 30 – 50 flushers per day. We have literally millions of acres at our disposal including state forest land, county forest land and our own private land. This is a bring your own dog hunt for a two hunter per guide, experience. The habitat we hunt includes old logging trails in prime grouse hunting habitat and old hardwood forest areas. Surrounded by 1,000 acres of lush tall grass prairie, as well as stately pines and woodlands, we have prepared the key to your successful hunt. Designed for the upland bird hunter and ideal for the experienced shooter or novice, Sporting Clays at Baird Creek consists of 10 stations replicating the challenge of the hunt. Our Sporting Clays range is open to the public year round. Course changes are made weekly but we are open seven days a week.
