Kodiak Sports and Tour offers World Class waterfowl hunting off of Kodiak Island, Alaska! Your hosts Scott Phelps & Gerrit Hintz offer an amazing Alaska sea duck hunting adventure. Both Scott and Gerrit are experienced seamen and have worked on boats seen on TV’s "The Deadliest Catch" as crab fishermen. On your hunt you can expect to collect Harlequin, Oldsquaw, Black, Surf, and White Winged Scoters, Barrow’s & Common Goldeneye, Bufflehead, Common & Red Breasted Mergansers & Greater Scaup. In addition sport fishing and fox hunting are available. We hunt from dark to dark out of a two man layout boat and shoreline sets targeting specific species. You will NOT be dropped off at some rock & checked on later. This is a full service quality hunt. |

| Valdez offers amazing wing shooting in some of the most beautiful scenery in Alaska. During our trips you will have the opportunity to bag upwards of sixteen species of ducks and geese. On most trips seven to nine species is very common. As always we can help you customize your trip for the species of birds you would like to target. Our main hunts target sea ducks, but we can offer quality puddle duck & goose hunts, along with hunts for ptarmigan. Our philosophy has always been that it is your trip and let’s make it happen! If there are birds you would like to target everyday, no problem. If you want to stay longer and hunt all of our options, you are always welcome. We can also help you set up other activities in Valdez before & after your trip. |
