Southern Iowa Trophy Whitetail Hunts
At Southern Iowa Whitetail Adventures our main goal and emphasis is on offering a very limited number of FAIR CHASE, Trophy Caliber Iowa Whitetail Deer Hunts each fall. We only allow 8 hunters on our properties each year and enforce a strict policy of harvesting mature bucks: 150+ Class for 8 points and 160+ Class for 10 points. We have approximately 3,500 acres that are managed extremely closely with enhanced food plots and very low hunting pressure to assure that the quality and quantity of Mature Whitetail Bucks is the absolute best it can be. We have been managing these properties for many years now. In 2010- 5 Iowa Whitetail Deer Hunters harvested 3 whitetail deer ranging from 167 – 207. A Typical Day: Your guide will meet you at your at the lodge early in the am. Your accommodations will be a new, modernized home built in 2009 with all the comforts of home including a big screen, cable and everything else needed to make your trip as comfortable as possible. All of our Iowa whitetail deer hunting grounds are located with in 10 minutes of the lodge. This is an All Day Hunt. Your guide will make sure you are very familiar with the area, as well as assist you in getting to your stand as needed. Most of our hunters do not want to be babysat and we try to limit the amount of foot traffic of the properties so once you feel comfortable with the area we will be at your beck and call but will leave you to have at it! Once a successful shot has been taken your guide will track the deer and field dress it, as well as take care of everything else from there. This is a First Class Hunt all the way. By limiting it to 8 hunters per year, our hunters see many quality bucks during their 5 or 6 day Iowa whitetail deer hunt. | |

ALSO OFFERING: Spring Snow Goose Hunts
In the off season we also offer high quality, fully guided spring snow goose hunts from Missouri and Kansas in February, up into Nebraska and Iowa in March. These hunts can be fast and furious and we use only the best equipment. Expect to hunt over 1,500 – 2,000 decoys of which we mix in about 10 – 12 dozen high quality full body decoys with big numbers of detailed wind sock decoys to maximize not only quality but quantity. We have been hunting spring snow geese for over a decade and we have the system down pat. We only allow groups of four to six hunters and we only run one spread at a time. We charge a straight fee of $200.00 per day, per hunter. Trust that you will be well taken care of and will have a most enjoyable spring snow goose hunting adventure! |  |

Lodging And Meals We offer all of our Iowa deer hunting customers lodging in a new custom home built in 2009 equipped with all of the ammentities of home! This is an extremely comfortable home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen with all of the appliances / utensils supplies and a spacious great room with big screen television with cable. It also has laudry facilities and is located within 10 minutes of all of our Iowa whitetail deer hunting grounds. |

Gabe Adair, owner of Southern Iowa Whitetails and Real Estate Agent for Whitetail Properties, was born and raised in South Central Iowa. He has been involved in the outdoor industry for the last 12 years, (started at the age of 20) guiding waterfowl, turkey and his favorite Monster Whitetail hunts. In addition to offering trophy guided deer hunts on his Southern Iowa farm grounds, he has been part of multiple outdoor television shows including Whitetail Properties TV, Bone Collector, Chasing the Flight, as well as his field production with Knock em Down Productions.
