Self-Guided Wyoming Turkey Hunts
We offer the following:
• Exclusive access to 10,000+ acres of private land near Four Corners WY
• Access to knowledge of birds activities from the Spotter
• Over the Counter Tags
• Include all lodging, breakfast, a sack lunch on hunting days and supper.
• Map of land boundary
• Each fall this ranch winters around 300+ birds. We control the number of hunts on the ranch. We also limit the group size to 4 people, so you have an excellent hunt.

A Typical Day
The hunt starts the evening before, with a scouting trip to the hunting area to give you the lay of the land. Once we are there, we scout the turkey flocks and put them to bed for the night. The next morning before daybreak expect a hardy breakfast and then load up for a great day of hunting. Upon arrival to the hunting site that was scouted the night before, the fun starts. Calling the turkeys, watching carefully for the biggest and the best of the many flocks in your area. Mid morning feel free to break for lunch that was prepared that morning- a hearty sandwich, chips, snack & bev. After lunch it's back to the hunt. Calling turkey is an art form and the better you are the quicker the kill. Evenings at the lodge include a home cooked meal and relaxing in front of a fire or watching the latest sports or movie on the big screen TV. The next morning do it again and if you get your turkey right away there are many local attractions in the Black Hills to see or maybe shoot a few prairie dogs for fun. | |

ALSO OFFERING : Wyoming Antelope Hunting
This is a fully guided, all inclusive Antelope hunt. We have the finest antelope hunting that can be found anywhere. Our hunters have been taking 13 - 15 1/2 inch antelope each year. Antelope are fast, smart, and well worth the investment in a license. Hunts are conducted on rolling prairie, with lots of walking. We use 4 x 4 vehicles. Hunting is daylight to dark, and strictly fair chase. Scenery is spectacular, and temperature can range from below freezing, to the 80's. Weather patterns this time of year are unpredictable. Season dates are October 1st thru November 20th. NO TROPHY FEES! | |

Lodging And Meals:
All of our hunters stay at the Dampier Hunting Lodge, located in the beautiful Black Hills of Wyoming. We are located 23 miles North of Newcastle, Wyoming and 28 miles from Deadwood, South Dakota. We are located in a quiet valley surrounded by the wonderful pines of the Black Hills. Our lodge overlooks a meadow with a small creek known as Soldier Creek running through the middle. We have deer that come to the meadow almost every evening and morning to feed. It’s a breathtaking sight. The following is some additional information regarding the lodge. Inside the main lodge we have a beautiful and restful area with a fireplace where you can relax and unwind. There is a TV area if you wish to catch up on the latest news or sporting events. The kitchen area will seat 25 comfortably but we also have other seating available. All hunting packages include a Deluxe Meal Plan served by our full time onsite staff, which is served family style.
